We are looking for a SAP Learning Specialist to lead learning and user adoption processes as part of global SAP projects.

This role is intended for learning professionals with a strong technological orientation who know how to translate complex systems and business processes into effective learning solutions and drive change on an organizational scale.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and design learning solutions tailored to different target audiences.
• Develop and produce a variety of training materials, including workshops, e-learning courses, user guides, and supporting materials.
• Build learning paths and implement them within corporate LMS platforms.
• Plan and execute large-scale training programs.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops for diverse audiences.
• Measure, monitor, and improve learning processes and system adoption.
• Support the implementation process and provide ongoing support following go-live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing learning and training projects - Mandatory.
• Experience in learning projects within ERP environments.
• Experience developing content and leading learning solutions across digital and instructor-led formats.
• Experience delivering training and communicating messages to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning path management.
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• High level of English - ability to work regularly with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
